Headhunting. I.e If you start targeting a specific member and go into each topic they do just to instigate.

If you use ethnic, gender or any other type of "slur" that's meant to offend someone.</li>
For posting threats or personal information of other members</li>
If you post the same thing in more then one forum, that's spamming. </li>
Being mean to rookies (noobies)</li>

Most suspensions are only for a few dayz...

the rating stays 4ever, untill an admin / mod decreases it for a reason... Like the warned person is being a gool lill boi/gal :P
when it getz to 100% the person is banned.
U r down to 0% again dont worry

I doubt anyone will ever get banned / warned over 20%
