Can you level up to good levels so when i go to nm i can go though it easily without getting rushed? and how much can u levels in a bunch of runs like 100 or so? jw if it'd be worth it to use this with my norm char

It really depends on your starting level. You could probably get to level 45ish or so if you do a full night of runs.
