Level 99+ skill? Does that exist?

Is there an editor that can make skill level to 99+? I wanna try poison dagger level 200 or something like that ^^

there are ways of raising ur skills past 99 although u need programs other than (zonfire) hero editor. u can use Udie Too for this but its hex editing which u need to learn about b4 u can do it well.

u can use diabolic to increase ur skills past 99

Just go on open or single player and load yourself up with a bunch of +7 all skills sc's
