    The keyword here is patience!

    You'll need to do a lot of runs. Remember, you can always get like 81 low level runes and transmute them up. Personally, I don't have that much patience OR time. The highest I eva got off Countess is Um. I think. Anyway, is Countess always Fire and Cold immune on hell? Seems like it. Not good for a fire/ice sorc! :

    You get better drops doing Hell rather than Nightmare and Normal right? Just like the Hellforge? So it would be Hell>Nightmare>Normal right?

    i did about 500 countess runs best i got was tir lol and then when i did mephy he dropped me a pul... so sad
