Barb Question

I have a WW barb and I have a few questions about some of the skills and Crushing blow and open wounds. Naturally I assumed in WW crushing blows and open wounds would still happen but I noticed that with my BotD that when I killed a monster in WW that it had a 0% chance of casting a poison nova. Now I havn't gotten my gores or highlords yet for this reason. In short what I want to know is will CB OW DS and Crit Strike (from the weapon mastery) still work if your main attack is WW?

To casts spells you have be stationary therefore nothing is cast in a ww. Crushing blow and ow work normally.
