Well i went as far as to reinstall D2 and d2nt and i am still getting the application verification issues, i can run the bot normally in single player mode and everything seems to work great ! But when i start and i chose b.net it only gets to the screen before the password entry and tells me that Battle.net cannot successfully identify my application version. I understand that the cd key entry would be for running multi accounts. Is this program know for vista issues?should i try 3.0?

I've had this issue 3x on 3 separate machines, and in all 3 cases, re-installing fixed the problem.
Are you using any other 3rd party software with D2? Chances are something is being left behind in the cache or perhaps the registry. It would of course work fine in Single Player, as only when you go online would it attempt to verify the version. I would suggest Un-installing Diablo II & the Expansion, but not D2NT, and then re-install the patch manually. You may also want to run some system cleaning software like ccleaner. If all else fails, format & re-install windows then Diablo II, the Exp and Patch manually. Good Luck!

OuCh! reformatting not necessary. but thanks for the idea. it was an administrative problem with windows i had to turn off. Now its up and running ! I am still having a hell of a time with the item keep parameters but ill keep reading and working on it.

Hey, I got this bot referred to me by a friend online today so naturally I attempted to get my hands on this divine tool. However I came across one problem when I tried to run it.
I got the error: RefrenceError NT_LoadConfig is not defined Now I've gone through the steps carefully, even with guidence from my friend, and made sure that everything is as it should be in the configuration files. Just to make sure however this is how the char config looks like: NTConfig_Sorceress_MF-Nef.ntl My name is also precisely MF-Nef The two of us came to the conclusion that perhaps my operative system is at fault - using Windows 7. Help is very appreciated. Thanks in advance

Nothing to do with Windows 7. This error is well documented, and I have a post on here somewhere regarding how to fix this problem. At any rate, it isn't your name thats wrong, but something in the file it self, replace the character config file with default one and reconfigure it carefully.

So when my meteor sorc runs the baal script it starts launching meteor before the waves start; however, sometimes it moves into the area that meteor is hitting. More specifically it looks like the bot wants to just keep sending meteor from a distance but ends up misclicking or something and walking into exactly where a huge pack is about to spawn. Any suggestions to fix this and make sure my sorc stays at a distance? This seems to happen only for Baal script.

[quote=DNA64]A simple but obvious suggestion would be to either tweak your gear, or play a lower difficulty level.
You could also set your chicken setting lower, but I doubt it would do much good. Even with the best gear, the sorc does this. An example is Lord De Seis. Almost any toon with godly gear can get owned by him and his bunch should they spawn or tele next to them. I have max block, and an SS and it only happens with some targets. Light immunes with Lightning aura(where you hit them and charged bolts come flying out) are another example. The bot is almost sitting on top of it, and is continually hit until chickened. I thank you for the reply though
I have seen some of these issues and I found a possible solution to one.
First off, some of these NTLoad Config errors on Windows 7 seem to be comming with the prebuilt scripts included in the package. I tried for hours to get the initial script to work and couldn't get it to recognize the file whatso ever. I renamed it probably 20 times, and still not working. So, I figured the file was prelocked with the way Windows 7 takes in foreign software, and even after approving it manually I still could not get it to go. So I erased it totally, found a like script, and tried again... worked on the first try. The Sorc script seems to be suffering from this the most. So for those still having issues with it try erasing whatever script you have and starting a new notepad, saving it as a ".ntl" file. Copy and paste your new script inside and see if this solves your issue. I am posting an altered sorc script that I have running now. GL and maybe this will help. **edit** a buddy of mine made this mistake, if the original poster is still reading edit your original hammerdin script on here and where you have the red text, add "//" before each line. He said it was stopping his bot from running. var NTConfig_CastStatic; function NT_LoadConfig() { //------------------------------------------------------------------------------ // Boss configuration //------------------------------------------------------------------------------ //NTConfig_Script.push("NTPindleskin.ntj"); NTConfig_NihlathakExtension = false; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTNihlathak.ntj"); NTConfig_PindleskinExtension = false; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTEldritch.ntj"); NTConfig_ShenkExtension = true; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTThreshSocket.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTFrozenRiver.ntj"); NTConfig_ClearFrozenRiver = false; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTGlacialTrail.ntj"); NTConfig_ClearGlacialTrail = false; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTIcyCellar.ntj"); NTConfig_ClearIcyCellar = false; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTBaal.ntj"); NTConfig_KillBaal = true; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTBaalLeech.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTDiablo.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTHephasto.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTIzual.ntj"); NTConfig_Script.push("NTMephisto.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTTravincal.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTKurastTravel.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTAct3Sewers.ntj"); NTConfig_ClearA3SewersLevel1 = 1; // 0 : don't clear, 1 : clear path only, 2 : clear all //NTConfig_Script.push("NTSummoner.ntj"); NTConfig_KillFireEye = false; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTDuriel.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTAncientTunnels.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTColdworm.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTRadament.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTAndariel.ntj"); NTConfig_Script.push("NTCountess.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTTreehead.ntj"); //NTConfig_Script.push("NTPit.ntj"); NTConfig_ClearPitLevel1 = 1; // 0 : don't clear, 1 : clear path only, 2 : clear all //NTConfig_Script.push("NTMausoleum.ntj"); NTConfig_KillBloodRaven = true; //NTConfig_Script.push("NTHole.ntj"); NTConfig_ClearHoleLevel1 = 1; // 0 : don't clear, 1 : clear path only, 2 : clear all //NTConfig_Script.push("NTTristram.ntj"); NTConfig_KillRakanishu = true; NTConfig_ClearTristram = false; NTConfig_MooMooFarm = true; //------------------------------------------------------------------------------ //------------------------------------------------------------------------------ me.maxgametime = 400; // time in seconds, maximum game length (0 is infinite) NTConfig_StartDelay = 0; // Delay time in milliseconds to start; NTConfig_AreaDelay = 500; // Delay time in milliseconds to change area; NTConfig_SnagDelay = 0; // Delay time in milliseconds to wait before starting picking items //------------------------------------------------------------------------------ //------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NTConfig_SkipHealLife = 90; // If you have more than this percent of life, you won't go to a healer NTConfig_SkipHealMana = 70; // If you have more than this percent of mana, you won't go to a healer NTConfig_UseMerc = true; // Set to true if you use a mercenary, will revive merc at a reviver npc. Hello, i have little experience with bots. I used a pindleskin bot in 1.11 and now i just came back for the new ladder and trying out this one. So far i am testing on normal and everything is fine except that the bot buy the cheapest *** of all wich is not getting the job done. I checked a few pages of the thread but couldnt find the answer... how do i change wich *** the bot is buying so i can get better potions in my belt on the normal mode? I understand that i wont get anything in norm and that in nm/hell the cheapest *** is still very good but i was wondering if this could be changed. thanks

I am sorry to bug you guys, I've tried searching every forum page I have recently looked at, but still can't seem to find it. Somewhere, Skidude made a script line to scan the ground for items after every kill, so the bot wouldn't clear an area first, then scan, fast picking basically. Does anyone know where this is? Again, I've searched few a few forums that I frequent on here for updates, and had no luck, but I know I've seen it! o.O Thanks for any help!

Took me about 1 second to find the answer by simply googling "fast pickit", 2nd result from the top ![]() Here is what you need to do. 1. Locate the NTAttack.ntl script located in D2NT\scripts\libs\common 2. In the script go to Line #80 (pretty sure) You will see function NTA_ClearPosition(range, pickitem, safelevel) 3. In this function find this small block of code Code: while(_attackcount < (i+1)*100) of _target = NTC_FindUnit(NTC_UNIT_MONSTER); and if(_target) 5. Between these two lines of code put the following: Code: NTSI_PickItems(); Code: _mindistance = 100000; 8. Find the line that says: NTConfig_SnagDelay = 500; It should be right after you tell the bot which bosses to do. 9 Change the value of 500 to 0 NTConfig_SnagDelay = 0; If 0 is to fast then slow it down back to 500 or whichever you want, but i have mine at 1. 10. Save both files and profit! So what does the line of code do? Instead of only running the bot's pickit through the script that is being ran, such as NTDiablo.ntj or which ever other script you would run publicly, the bot will instead run its pickit every time it finds a new target to kill, meaning that every time something dies (usually his target) it will instantly scan the ground and pick up anything it is suppose to. Credits ~beo900 And if you want tweek your SnagRange, I have mine set as follows. Code: NTConfig_SnagRange = 50; // Radius to check for dropped items. 40-50 is a good number here
Hey. I use D2NT 3.0. I mf run in nm because my stuff suck lol and the bot quit the game some time to the lobby.. Its not because im going to die or because I dont have mana. What is the problem?
And can I find good item in NM with andy?

I get into the game and my bot emptys the correct slots of my bag, buys pots and then starts off by going to pindle. When he gets to pindle it then gives me an error that says NTA pindleskin.ntj : Nta_killmonster () failed. Why am i getting this error?
Ps; im running a lightning javazon

Hello fellow Members!!!!
Just Wondering where I can find a file for the merc setup if there is any! I need to make my Bot Character to be able to continue to kill BOSS even when the MERC DIES! ITs kinda annoying when MERCs HP goes down fast, My BOT char goes and LEAVES game!!! Ty for your TIME!!!
10-15-2010, 10:24 PM
You need to set your merc's chicken to 0. It's in the char configs one. Below where you choose which bosses to kill and places to go and below the max game time and you will see the options for when to chicken. The bottom line is for your mercs life. Change the number to 0 and you won't chicken if he dies.
