ISO: Value of Pgems

Hi

A while ago I said I would pay 10points per pgem and most of you thought that too little, somebody even reckoned they were worth 50. I thought 10 would be fine as on the d2jsp forums pgems go for 1fg (which is 1 post in most forum categories). However some d2jsp forum categories you only get like .2fg so maybe that is why Pgems are worth more here. There is also the bank on this site where you can get large amounts of interest easily.

What I am asking is how much you traders value a pgem on USEast Ladder and then we could work out trade values for points. (ie. 40pgems = um rune, 65Pgems =Mal ect).

I still think that the pgems should be worth 10points but I am asking you to tell me what value in points you think they should be at on USEast Ladder for these forums.

Remember this is only idea to get trade values for points, please don't flame me for it.

i say pgems = 5 and pskulls=10

pskulls are pretty useless and pgems are limited to 40 for trade, id say 10-15 points per gem would be fine

In my opinion, only ptopaz and pdiamonds are the only useful gems, the rest are junk. Either way, I wouldn't pay much for them. I say 5 max.

Actually P amethysts are worth 2pgems because they are used for crafting amulets and some people pay high for rubys because they craft with them too. The rest are just normal rates. Ral runes are worth about 2pgems and junk jewels are worth about 1 pgems. They are all used for crafting.

Gaunts are you saying that you have 40 pgems for 500points if you do I will pay you 500 points for them.

uh, aren't pgems mostly used for rerolling gcs to get skills? that's what i heard, you know, one magical item + 3 pgems = same item with random new mods

Maybe for socketing, but for crafters amethysts are the most valueable and then the rest are worth the same, some people pay more for rubies though.
