Well I can add this much...as a Mod I get E-Mail about reported posts...which is nice as I can go straight to it and take a look!Kem is pretty faithful in reporting a bad post and giving a good reason for the report...this helps ALL Mods on several different levels!

We need to reshape this Moderating Team. I know Spit checks the site everyday, but is he just that sick of it to not post except once or twice in a day? And Nubli seemingly lost all faith in the site. I know that Muzik should be gone...I mean people start complaining about this site falling apart. And as a Senior member, I say us members are doing our part to prevent that. All this leads up to me saying, get rid of Muzik. He is abusive and does not deserve his position of power. He never does anything. And etanol is a Mod also? Where did he go? It is time to throw out a few seats and either give them to more deserving people, or just let Pam, Spoon, Jedi, and Chesh run around all day modding.

I agree i beilive they need to take some people out of the moderator team and add some new respectable people that are on a lot and can do a good job.

I believe Muzik went a little overboard... I don't think he should exactly be demoted... but maybe an apology or a damn good reason is needed?

a reason why times right now may be frantic are people here may have midterms/finals in their various subjects, and therefore may not be able to be on the site as much. and oh ya btw trogdor, spoon ain't on the mod team anymore.

I don't know about going straight to demotion, as a last resort maybe. If he would just apologize, or give a reason for his actions, and start acting like a real moderator for this site, because I've noticed he is hardly on to I could forgive him. Either that, or replace the mods, I agree with that.

I think this is being too optimistic for the future Jedi. Didn't know bout Spoony, but either way that doesn't matter. I was trying to make a point about active moderators, including you, and how the inactive ones who have been inactive long before the scare of finals or mid-terms should reconsider their positions, Spit should do it for them, or they should start working themselves. As for Muzik, he was a bigger help when he wasn't a Mod and when he first started out, I remember cuz I was right there with him. Ever since then, he has done close to nothing except appearing at random times and banning. I know he has GFX Sector to worry about, and that is understandable. But a moderator must be dedicated to his site in order for things to run smoothly. Period.

I realised only these 2 are active amoung the whole moderating team...lets not talk bout the smogg...
