anyone really kno what that lil blue gem does? heard so many outlandish stories about it, stuff like it gives you more chance for gem shrines etc... my thought is that if it really did do somethin beneficial it would be common knowledge by now

The gem does absolutely nothing. It's just a clicking toy put there by blizzard. I think they thought it would be funny to torture people with it.

The blue gem in the middle of the screen has been there since 1.02. It used to be for Microphone chat but it was cancelled due to bandwidth issues and all the verbal crap that was started; not counting the lag it caused.

it was okay. fun using mic boot on people just to shut them up. and kept them out for an hour since it freezes their key

already hurts people when they do. they either get viruses they cant get rid of. key is stolen and erased to where it doesnt work, blue screen or freeze now.
