Superman is freaking faster than a speeding bullet. He could kick the living sh!t out of flash. He freaking flew around the world so fast, that he reversed the orbit of the planet so that time would go backwards. Flash can not move that fast. And I don't care if that was only in the movie and not in the comic. Just because it wasn't technically in the comic doesn't make it invalid. There is no rule stating that just because something was on a t.v. show or movie and not in a comic, it is hence invalid. So Superman rules all of you.
