1-3 into ES (energy sheild)
Rest go into fire mastery

ES//TELEK builds do not do GREAT damage but they do enough. About 15-17k fb dmg on average. But they tank like hell and can usually kill the person you are tanking before they even get you to half life.

Well i hate sorcs so no, also why not use a 3/ 20 fire eschutas... both have 40% fcr and +3 skills, just that eschutas has mad fire dmg with a possibility of -% while hoto has only res.

I think it's a good build, I would probably go with Frostburns and a Lidless, and also Silkweaves for boots. Resist are not factored in when ES takes damage. It takes damage as if you had 0 resists. I started an ES/Orb sorceress, but it looks as if this build could be stronger.

Because with this build you will need res for other elemental chars and w/o hoto you dont have enough res even with anya quests.
Plus hoto gives mana which helps for an ES build sorc.

Resists are still a factor because not ALL the damage is going to your mana, some still goes to life... and without good resists you are screwed.

Why would you use ES/Nova. What do you mean you dont know about this?? I use it and im saying it works good.

Why is this guide sticky? And if its a reason, why aint it in the sorc guides then?

Anyway, i would like to know what this is:

I think you will have to low dmg and to low FCR in your guide, compare to the elite fire sorc. And why dont you finnish the fire skills before you start putting many points into telekinesis?
Since the page with the FCR setup is gone, i cant tell you how much you shoud have, but i renember its way past 100%.
I would socket my Shako with a cham if i where you. "Cannot be Frozen" is more important in PvP than a "Fire Facet".

u need a higher fcr then some useless frostburns with no faster cast. even mages+spirit or mages+umed lidless is better then sanctuary. and silkweaves arent that great, id rather use heavy resist boots.

Only thing I disagree with is the lidless is better than sanc comment. With my set up you get Res/FHR/FCRBP.

Sure the stats have been around for a while but the gear//skills set up is totally different.

well if u dont reach the final bp your ****ed. resistance wont help u when ur getting peppered by fireballs cause the other sorc is faster then you.

Since es/telek builds do low dmg the facet is needed, not a cham... sorry but I know this guild // build better than you considering the top FB sorc on east asked me for it? As for the more points into fire before telekinesis..... READ THE TITLE.... "ES/TELEK BUILD" HELLOOOO.

As for the comment above... I bet anything this build will 6-0 any casters you have.

I builded a pure energy shield sorc just for testing, and i tell you. You will survive 1 fireball, not 2 in a row.

When it comes to the other thing.
You shoud max fire mastery before you max fire bolt. Firemastery aint totaly the same as syn-energy you know.

And for the facet you got, what happens if a frozen orb hits you? Then you die, because you are slowed so extremly.

What are you saying? When I get hit with 1 FB all my mana is gone? LMAO my mana doesn't even move but whatever you say. And when I duel a fb sorc I switch to hot spurs and what sorc doesn't use fletch? You have absolutly no idea what you are talking about so please just stop and go make your own thread about a "godly es/telek fb sorc", because obviously you have absolutly NO idea how to make one.
