Kemwing- That's sick. The three black bars don't need to be pure black, if they are alone maybe lower their opacity.

Ant, i made the the "black bars" black because there not black bars..lol there supposed to be tears in the sig look a little closer at it some little parts of the sig hanging and stuff

Just speakin my mind... and yes, you will learn over time. Learn all the tools and dont do the "cool effects" tutorials or anything. Use the ones that help you better understand photoshop!

Why be nice? It's C&C. For starters, its TOO big, 500x150 is max. I can hardly see your name, Theres no boarder, also quotes are 99.9% of the time smaller then the name. So work on:

-Size
-Boarders
-Placement and size

Once you get better ill give you better tips.

7/10 i think that is very unique im not being nice either im speaking the truth i think that is very cool, to me it looks like a blade spinning with blood spinning off it and multi color rain it looks very good imo

Less filters. Its clear to see that you used cloud, the shape one, and wind. Making sigs without them usually looks better. Have a theme that fits what you are trying to depict. Red and black clouded boxes dont exactly give me a scary feeling with guns.

More of a grunge style, as it can very easily set the gun mood when in the right color. That or you can make a metal background with bloodspatters. Im pretty sure there are some tutorials that tell you how to do it. Try at: www.good-tutorials.com
