What instrument do you play?

Since I'm big into music, I play a wide variety of instruments. I love my guitar most of all, though.

What instrument do you play, and which song are you working on?

I just finished learning to intro solo to Metallica's - Fade to Black.

Flute is neat.
Guitar is great, I've been playing for almost a year, and my friends and relatives say it sounds like I've been playing for years. I've just begun to learn to solo, though... I love fade to black.

Wow, I'd realy like to get into playing the guitar. I'm thinking of taking lessons during the summer. Now a question for you, should I start off electric or acustic?

Acoustic. It's alot easier to learn on that, because it toughens your fingers up.
Learn stuff on acoustic for a few months amd then get yourself an electric guitar. You'll be set.

electric guitar, umm..song ive learned recently.... probly midnight by Joe Satriani, it was pretty ****ing tough before i knew how to play it correctly but then it became easy. ive played guitar for um... *holds up fingers* over 7 years. i play a few offspring songs some Joe Satriani and Steve Vai some Papa Roach some greenday a few heavy metal songs, metallica, and some old school stuff. oh and Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix. and Van Halen

Trombone = Learn at school, but since I'm into ska, I like it.
Drums = Take lessons.
Electric Guitar = I teach myself.

Drums is what I've found is the funnest.

I play Guitar. Alot..
I also own a bass, banjo, mandolin, and an electric keyboard. I taught myself how to play all of them except the keyboard, which I learned at school last year.

Last song I learned was Skynyrd's Tuesday's Gone. Favorite song to play is BLS's Rust. Heresy by Pantera is fun too.

ive was playing bass guiter for a few years then got in to eletric guiter about 2 months ago and the last song a learned was were not gonna take it by twisted sister on eletric guiter.

Yeah i play guitar, since bass is easy once you've learned the guitar i play that too.
Flute, has the exact same notes as a guitar too. In school i played Barioton for 3 years, and now im playing the trombone.

in 5th grade i tryed band and hated it. i played the flute it was lame im glad i didnd keep doing it i also tryed choir or w/e its called and i sounded like nails on a chalkboard.

Can you read tabs? Power Tabs are just a chord shape, that you can use it sounds really good to a new guitarist.
