Ok, i dont know if this scam is old, but its the first time it happened to me. This is what happened. Im in game and someone (the scammer) joined the game..lets call him Jim. Heres the conversation.
Jim: Hey
Me: sup
Jim: Im quitting, do u want my acc
Me: sure
Jim: What Pass you want me to change it to?
Me: Diablo2 (this when i thought it was scam)
Jim: Ok ill go change.
*jim leaves*
I exit bnet, then come back in and it says login attmp: 6 times. Im guessing he squelched me rly quick to find out my acc name, and when he asked what pass i wanted, he was hoping i would say the pass i use now, or something close to it.

rofl...i just tried this scam for fun...well it worked...but that person's account is all 80+ but no items...i was like wth...but i was feeling good and didnt delete his chars :p

meh im srr4y guys but y scam when u can get a friend 2 brute. lol. but ya i amy try this. andon anther note whre have u been alfzz i havnet seen much of u when im on d2 and ive been on like 7 hours a day. o well hopin 2 cyas i can help lvl some of ur chars nt 4 points but 4 a couple rushes and lvls myself.
