recharging my ammy

I got a teleport amulet today and can't seem to recharge it.

I check out this site on the summitt.

I tried all the following.

Well first of all, those recipes will only work on armors and weapons, and an amulet is neither of those two. The first 2 recipes also only repairs the item as well (not refilling any charges), but that's not really important to you because of what I said first. If you want to recharge that ammy you'll either have to fork up the cash for it or find another one.
