Identity Theft?

I got this weird email from regional banking or something, and it said that "We have noticed unusual activity on your account" I'm not even part of the bank and I was dumb enough to click the link. I don't know if I'm overreacting I probably am, but at the bottom of firefox it had it connecting to an ip address, then to the banking site. How would I get this email in the first place?

Edit: Oh the reason I typed the title at the top because I looked at the homepage of the site and it was all about identity theft.

try calling their phone for confirmation
there's also a national organization that can help you identify if it is a scam or an attempt to steal your identity

I think the site is regional.net or something i dont' remember it was regional bank though, may be just nothing, its just that since my email is the d2sector its kinda fishy how i got spam from it. I don't have a credit card or anything though, i'm only 15
