You fail to realize that helm is ladder. The helm itself would go for like 4 HR at least. Then the 40/15 is like 15 Ist at least. Godly? I think so.

... That assassin helm only has 20 IAS, no min damage, no LL. The zon one 10x better. Everything but the gloves and ring you posted sucks. Nice ring, Timetear.

I don't know where you're getting that from but a 10 FCR/20 strength ring'll get you quite a few runes. Mana and resist increase the price.
