i need a good dueling nec so if u know how to beat a sorc with a nec tell me cause i need help on wat skills to train in i know it sounds stupid coming from me but plz help here is wat i would train in:
Bone prison:1
Bone spirit:20
Amplify dam:5
corpse bang:5
bone shield:10
bone wall:1
and the other curse where it slows them down:20

Agist a sorcerer well...I will guess at the majority of the ice sorcerers is that you'll face one of them.Bone wall is useless considering

(1):They normally can break them awfully fast with ice orb
(2)ome sorcerers come with the minor electric spell teleport

anyways 1 point couldnt hurt considering you'll fight more than sorcerers.

Well I personally like the poisin nova spell and would like to have a good 10 on it.
Doesnt mean that they would take to it all that well considering most everybody after the 1.10 patch have hated posin damage.

Bone spirit is an wonderfuldueler's choice

Corpse "bang" (roflmao) is also a wonderful skill but only in a cat and mouse game where someone is hiding in a cave

Well i havent gotten the xpak yet but if you have gotten it I recomend you get a 2 socketed wand and make the runeword "white" which is someware on the sites main page.It adds an awful lot of posin spells and bone spells,like 4 to skel mastify (a dueling necs nightmare) and like 3 to boneshild and tons of stats like that.I dont recomend going head to head because barbs always use ww at lvls like 14 and 20 sorcerers avoid head to head melee but they own anyways more than a nec
pallys are almost as bad as barbs only without the stupid frog hop
and amazons shoot stupid bows at you while their stupid valuries are just as bad :mad: :mad: :mad:
So Unless you have been training on streagth all the time (mostly) then I still recomend not to again this time because most necs need hp more than you imagine.A bad hp nec is your worst nightmare.

anyways set your spells beforer a duel like f1 on lifetab f2 on iron miaden ect.

what happened to iron maiden???? iron maiden is one of the best spells :p
And a fire golem never hurt.I see why not you dont have one because agaist anything but a amazon or a sorcerer the things own and when they die they cause a huge amount of damage,normally owning a nec with 150hp left (hints the name low hp nec!! )

for the most part its O.K

Dude....get hero editor v1.10 so that when you get up in lvl's w/ ur nec then you can hack and put +99 to all skills...like i did(u can only use this on open battle net and single player) I'm unbeatable now

I can make 70 skels...(35mage)(35reg) plus i can revive 99 monsters who last 180 seconds... go w/ bone sprit....they act like hommings

poison necros r good but persnally i like spirit better. the poison dmg is great, but it takes time and some people just use antidotes. spirits cant be resisted and have huge stun length (meaning they get "knocked back" and cant do nething for like half a second) so that gives u time to run away or fire like 5 more spirits

With open Bnet necros you need to have posien peirce, and DONT use the -enimie res, because the lower the res the better abs works.
- and of corse on open use poison mastery% more dmg.
though, V high duelers poison wont work* at least higher duelers in europe *

heh also forgot to add this, to avoid posion, use NV curse resistance to avoid normal poison. Have low poision res and high abs and NV Poison abs. NV poison abs gets the peirced poison.

(also Abs= absorb%)

Just go the simply but easy strat
20 - teeth
20 - bone spear
20 - bone spirit
20 - bone prison
5 - bone wall ( if u wanna lvl that much higher)
everything else into decrepify

Nercos prior to v1.10 were the weakest class.

Now they can surpass all other classes but a sorc.

Personally- i haven't duelled with a sorc [of any element] yet, but chances are your going to have difficulty when the ***** teleports.

My necro skill stats:
Teeth- 20
Bone Spear- 20
Bone Wall- 20
Bone Spirit- 20
Bone Prison- i know its higher than level 1

I think THE ONLY WAY to defeat any type of sorc is to consider and perhaps implement the following

*very fast RUN- Continuously run around the sorc and cast bone spirits
*very fast CAST rate- Generally, for a bone build, your goal is to aim for a stacked cast rate of between 80-130% increase
*STACKED resistances- for those who dare to duel in hell
* loads of juvie pots, thawing pots, and perhaps health and mana pots

I guess theo nly way to really test the strength of a necro VS sorc class is in HC mode...

I forgot to mention, if you've managed to get 5 bone skills with synergies to level 20...

Fill your INV with charms of resistances, +skills, +life, +MF% and perhaps for those who wield a shrunken head or shield... +DEX

I forgot yet again to put 1 skill point into decrepify. You'll want it for classes other than a sorc, or for a sorc that doesn't use teleport [i doubt it].

Try to aim for lvl 35-40 bone skills... and use your cube as s tiny EXTRA INV space when you have charms etc.

How wrong you are!!! They are one of the strongest builds that exists in 1.10, together with Wind Druids, WW sins, Fireball and Blizz sorcs. Do you actually play PvP? Because you should know better... Every single PvP build has a weakness that can be exploited by the correct character and/or gear, so yes, they have a weakness, like everyone else. If it were not the case then everyone would play the same build that had no weakness and it would make for a very boring game don't you think???
