Ban Coming up

My friends were telling me not to bot nor use mh because a ban was suppose to come and wipe everyone with d2jsp/mh Get banned... Is this a rumor or is it true?:eek:

i doubt its true, arent they supposed to be untracable? i unno but they would also wipe out so many people, i would say atleast half of the customers. One other thing... how would your friends know? blizzard would go telling everyone to turn that mh's off cause there gonna scan for em...

haha if they ban every one with mh / d2jsp im sure theres gunna be hella less people on d2 also some people may dislike blizzard for banning them and never buy some of their other games because they'll just get banned again

nah, there's no way. like it has been said, ibet a high high percentage of the players hack in some way. so that's killing their own customers.

Sorry to burst your proverbial bubble, but it's your own doom if all of us (being MH users) get banned. That leaves you with 49 other people to play with. a really fun game.

I played ligit since D2: LOD came out and I've just recently started using C3PO. It's awsome, act 3 used to **** me the **** off, now I can see where the flayer jungle is without 3 hours of searching. MH> ligit play.

i to would have to say this is just a big ol hoxxx blizzard is never going to do some type of scamm becauwse nearly like 90% of like all players use mh... also its great to bot...it just influences the trading and meeting of new persons lol

Well usually I'm just rushed through Act 3, so I don't really need the maphack for that, per se. It's just good to have, specially for MFing with meph or the countess or any boss, for that matter. I'll admit, it's a crutch to me.

well actuall i didnt have map hack till just last year man and i played with out it for like 2-3 years...i did just fine but its really a crutch like he said after having it you just cant lose it man....and blizzard wouldnt let you know this neways man if they were going to do this dude lol...

People keep saying that Mh is undetectable then same people often claim that blizz cant start banning people for using Mh coz 90% of all players use Mh. Would think coming up with a figure of users for an undetectable program would be a bit tricky .

If modmakers can both detect Mh and block its usage in several ways I cant help but wonder why blizzard programmers who have the source and know the code by heart couldn't detect it.

If 90% of the Diablo II community map hacks that's their problem. I enjoy the game like it is, but for some reason don't like being outranked by cheaters on ladder. I play ladder hardcore and these people that claim to do so also, but with map hack, disgust me. It's just a game, why risk your right to play just to cheat, and make Act III a little easier.

It's simply a new extrawork.dll. All your MHs/D2jsps think that this could possibly be a new detection method. So, they unload themselves. All you have to do is load your hack/bot after you login. Certain bots you can't do that, but you can with D2jsp. Anyway, it's completely harmless, so, no worries.

I mostly played password protected games with the same group of people so we newer really had trouble with people using hacks. Oh well there is no way to escape the huge lag caused by all bots and third party programs but at least cheaters didn't bother us.

I recently have got back to realm play and seems like the bots and hacks have completely messed up the realms. In addition to the lag caused directly by these evil programs they have forced blizz to add all kinds of serverside security updates that make gameplay even worse.

Unless they do something drastic wary soon realm play will be history so wouldn't surprise me if they would do a massive Mh user ban.

I am sorry to say, but a massive ban happened yesterday! My clan leader was botting, using stealthbots, and lost 6 cd keys! And I have heard from alot of others about getting banned because of botting. This will be the end of battle.net if Blizz keeps banning people....

Bots don't lag the server. The only thing wrong with the server is the R/Ds.

I had two people yesterday while baaling tell everyone to turn off there mh, both diff games, cause blizz was scanning. Funny thing was my mh didnt turn off and I have logged on/off many times since then with no problem. Kinda makes me wonder but truthfully I would be happy to lose d2. Its getting old but is still addicting.
