truth of the matter: B.net HAS been running extra scans throughout the entire d2 network for bots and mh.

As such, d2jsp and c3po have a built in feature to exit or disconect (as ive heard of as a "password detach" or something like that) if the situation becomes to dangerous.

Meening, if you have d2jsp and it goes to login screen, but does not enter the password, its because d2jsp has disconnected to prevent detection. if youre already botting, chances are youre very much under risk, and im not sure if it crashes to save itself.

c3po has the same feature, except itl just turn off when its under risk. For a hell alot more info, read this thread:

note also, that when teambotting with 2 or more bots on the same computer, b.net counts each game make under a single player, so chances to get R/D is higher.


edit: on page 3, mod of the botting on that site says so:

Word from D2JSP developers is that the bot is safe to use (or as safe as any hack can be).

Only problem is with the login. We have to wait for a crack of the new d2jsp.dll.

When it is cracked it is only a matter of replacing the file in your d2jsp folder. Nothing else is necessary.

If you can login, feel free to bot as usual.

It may take a few tries but eventually you will be able to connect. Once connected, your good till the bot crashes.

I've had the bot running for about 3 hours testing the OAK SAGE mod as well as trying to improve logging of items....

As Sir Pimp said, there hasn't been a mass banning in a couple of years and frankly I don't think they care anymore.

When they made the change in August, it eliminated all the single boss bots and that took a lot of load off their servers.


Hell, If they wanted to do a mass banning all they would have to do is look up all the 'Baal Run' games.
I'd say VERY VERY few of those are actually being made by a real person.....

no i didnt. Bnet has been sending scans, but d2jsp and c3po are built to detect when its dangerous, and they are also built to "protect" themselves against it. Hence the difficulty loging into bnet with d2jsp. c3po will simply turn off.

didnt say there not banning. i didnt actualy talk about banning at all.

just saying there scaning and d2jsp and c3po are equiped to deal with it. everything else isnt. if you use d2jsp or c3po, chances are very slim you are caugh, yet if you use some other stuff, you have very high chance to get banned.

yeah i noticed that as of late ive had to start c3po without the hack loaded and load once in game as long as you dont revert to the logon screen your good, but soon as you do it withdraws itself

and yes it is safe to go on bnet, and the makers of d2jsp HAVE ALREADY created a fix for the login problem. LAst i heard its cracked state is still pending. Il post here once its released, and i guess il upload it to.

Here you all got a real cheater... On every game i play i need cheats or i'll stop playing the game after doing the half game - or less - Have used MH since i started playing d2 and LoD.. I botted at 1.08 and 1.09... Loved 1.09 over 1000 mf at my mf chars It suxxxs that ITH and things like that dissapeard

also some people may dislike blizzard for banning them and never buy some of their other games because they'll just get banned again

Since Blizzard no longer make games anyway, i doubt that matters, i mean, theirs not gonna be many now coz of WoW
