How much time do you spend making a sig?

Whats the average time do you spend making a signature?

I would say I spend about 10 or less minutes on a sig- and it shows most of the time. If i really want to animate something crazy i can spend up to about 30 minutes or so on it.

Well, on sigs I spend about an hour or so. On my other works, I've taken a few hours. At ,most 3.

As long as it takes to make it "perfect". Usually that is from 30 to 60 minutes.

50% i start off with a new document....test brushes...use every brush and see what it does....[one type, grunge OR abstract, never mix]
Then bam...I got a sig lol..

sometimes more only because i come up withy better ideas for sigs or screw up the one im currently working on

Quite a while for me, I was looking for a render for four hours yesterday (got a realm down, had nothing better to do) and I just ended up using one I already had. Lol. I put an average of an hour though for mine.

I wortk about 20 min on brushing and coloring and maybe an hour sometimes on finding good render........ =/

When I still made signatures, I put about an hour, two at the most, always going back and redoing certain parts and adding certain things, trying to make it look good. And they do, if I do say so myself. Most of them anyways.
