I have both my ears done full up, nose and my left eye-brow, lip and tongue. XD

And, I've done them all at shops.

Well he might as well just go to a shop, it's not that expensive. Only reason I'd do it myself is if my parents would'nt allow it.

Definately do it in a shop. If you're ashamed of walking in there and asking for your ear to be pierced, then you obviously don't want it enough to get it.

Whats the risk of using alcohol to rub ur ears and burning the needle...Seems pretty safe to me :p
But i aint got any clean ones at home...And piercing ears outside cost about 20 bucks o.O...[S$1.60=US$1]..Do the math

And its weird going to a shop with like 10-20 people lookin at u gettin ur ears pierced...Not many people in my country gets ears pierced....

Dyna...if you think walking in to get your ear pierced will be awkward imagine how it will be walking around with you ear pierced wherever you go. If you're that worried perhaps it's not the thing for you.

The eyebrow got LOTS of nerves so your eyebrow can get paralyzed if it gets to wrong...

Do not do it yourself. The people on shops have been trained to do it, it is their work. Now, you don't go around collecting garbage from other people's houses, do you? If not, don't steal the work from people in shops ^^.

Btw, I got my ear pierced (when I was 11, now 18). Took it out a few times, the little hole grew a little shut, but then I opened it myself again. That's the only thing you can do yourself! Re-open. Only thing safe to do.

DO NOT PIERCE YOURSELF. Even Steve-O went to a piercing shop to get his butt pierced. If the guys from Jackass don't pierce themselves, you gotta ask yourself: Shouldn't this be REALLY dangerous then???

I generally dont use my eyebrow for lots of things, so having it paralyzed would mean just about nothing lol.
Unless you are the Rock, eyebrows dont matter much.

Also, it would bleed forever, I got hit in the eyebrow with a stick once, barly felt it but it bled all over. Lol great call fuggle.

I have no problem walkin around with 3 holes in my left ear...But feels weird going to a shop and say i wanna get my ears pierced lol..

I decided to do it this week or next..

Btw how long will it take to subside? Stop applying med and stuffs...
