light and cold sorc

I am making a new light/cold sorc what things should i max and stuff?

My Cold/Lighting Sorc-
STATS:
str-100
dex-base (dont add to it)
vit- 100 (rest of the stat points)
eng- enough to have at least 500 with out items
SKILLS:
put points in to skills to get frozen orb
20 frozen orb
20 cold mastery
1 or 2 in shiver armor
put points into things to get T-Storm
20 thunder storm
20 lighning mastery
1 or 2 teleport
a few points in to warmth(i know u are cold/light but you need this to keep ur mana up there)
and use the rest to inc ur dmg in orb and or t-storm by puting pts in in prequisits

helm-shako ist
armor-skulders with ist/p topaz for mf or durials shell for resists
belt- goldwrap upgraded max
gloves-frosties
boots- war travs
rings-duel sojs
