Help with putting downloaded items on characters.

I cant figure out how to make it so that my character has the items i downloaded from here. I downloaded the 232 unique items if it makes a difference.

yo the problem is the items are for open bnet first off or offline u know that right? well anyways you have to have a character editor and you can add items to inventory from loading the files from somewhere on your comp -- this only works for character files offline!..... duh
