Banned from B.Net???

how do i tell if my acct or cd key is banned from b.net??? when i try to connect it takes me to connecting to fastest server and then tells me that im not connected to the internet..but i am. i know that its not my firewalls. i have uninstalled diablo and then installed it again and that didnt help out either....and if i got banned i wasnt using ne hacks bots or mods of ne kind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do you get your acct back or are yo banned foreve??? on another note the new patch sucks!!!!!

well if your cd is banned you will know, it will tell you that your key is banned. if your account is banned then your pass will be changed.

well it doesnt say ne thing it just wont let me connect to the fastest server

i can make a tcp/ip game but i cant make open or closed b.net games idk what to do???
