hey guys, my friend has dialup and he is begging his parents to get a cable modem, can u guys post some pros about cable modems so he can show his parents and have better chances of getting one. he uses this site, but his dialup sucks so much that it takes for ever to load(danmanhen), hes apreciate it alot thanks guys.

Hmm since I was once and a dialup user and now a cable user heres the pros:
No waiting to get online. 100x Faster No crappy dialup sound Doesn't charge by the minute Can use phone and internet at same time Always connected Looks cooler 1000 more things too list, too lazy to list.
