Put the motion blur on a new layer than change the blend mode to overlay, or something that suits it.

Your text is a bit hard to read cuz of waving......
I don't like colors and I don't like the blur ...... =/
Also, it seems like just a cropped render..... no brush job..... =/

Matt - Very nice. Maybe make the grid in the back fade? Instead of just killing it off. The only problem I see is that its only one color. 7/10

Hurley - animation is simple as death said, but i like the inverted colours when it goes over your name but still a good old 6.5/10

and grave - the motion blur needs to be on a seperate layer although i sort of like it in a weird way - 4/10

i like it, the render really does go well. i like the text too, but its quite hard to read the ff fan bit underneath where it says sasuke. because it all goes so well together, i will give it a 7/10, maybe an 8.
