There is a BUNCH of propaganda in Michael Moore's work, but there's alot of truth the common citizen won't own up too. I think it's a great balance of both. It's sort of 50/50, you know? Moore brings up valid points(IMO) and he also adds his own slew of bullshit from his own agenda, it's one in the same. The truth and the lies can both be found in that shit, gotta take it for what its worth

i think its funny that people that are typing words like beleave and thionk are calling bush an idiot...

everyone needs to realize that the president doesnt control every little thing and you cannot blame the president for everything. there is a reason why our country has a system of checks and balances. it is definitely not his fault gas prices are so high, for those that didnt know, there are many oil rigs down there in the gulf of mexico and they were pretty much destroyed by the hurricanes. thats why gas prices went up so much.

and to the guy talking about sweden: of course sweden uses less oil, you said they have 7 million people whereas the US has somewhere around 300 million(cant remember the exact number). and them giving more money to people who need help? no way, i dont think so. show some numbers with credible sources because there is no way any country gives more aid to others than the US. the US rebuilt the entire continent of europe after ww2 and just rebuilt the country of iraq, not to mention all the aid we pump into africa...what has sweden done? dont get me wrong i am not bashing sweden, my dad's grandparents were from sweden, i just think your wrong

The reason we need oil is not due to the fact that we cant get it from iraq, its cause of all the damn suvs taking 5 miles to the gallon, why do people need huge trucks to pick up their kids from school or to ride to work in9 excluding landscapers...) You dont need that big thing. If you feel more secure in a big car, just buy a station wagon or somthin. More fatalities occur in SUVs then they do in cars because there so big that they crush themselves. ( I know this for a fact becasue i did a term paper on it and got a C because my teacher had an SUV) Just drive smaller cars and you wont have to pay 3 bucks a gallon.

And as for the next president, i wish that Colin Powel would run, hes the shiz.

what makes the gas prices go up is all the idiots that panic every time they "HEAR" that prices are gonna go up so they all go out like puppets and fill up every gas tank they own. well its a little thing called supply and demand and if everyone in the ****ing country goes and fills up their yukons and suburbans and h2's everytime someone says "HIGHER GAS PRICES!" then the oil companies see "hey, people are really buyin this shit right now JACK UP THE PRICES." so think about that next time you hear someone say "HIGHER GAS PRICES" cuz truth is its not goin up until everyone in america fills up from the panic.

First of all yes US is a biggish country but as far as amount of people goes vs how much oil u guys use, i mean yr 100 000 - 120 000 million(stand to be corrected). Compared to 6 billion people and yet u consum 4 times as much oil as any contry (u double japan india and china combined who almost make up half the damn planet).
