difference between .11 and .11b?

i dont exactly know whats goin on with the .11 and .11b thing, Are they the same thing or is .11 B somin u download?

go to blizzard.com go to downloads go to patches and look "changes is version 1.11b" geez..

yea....i guess that would be the smart thing to do... either blizzard.com or battle.net should have it. Matter if fact, ill check it out now.
