now if i only knew how to cut out the white and make it transparent so that they don't show up in my sigs

That render is awfull. Someone magic wanded it and hlf his head and sowrd are missing

you're doing what i did. they're all the same brush sets, all the same technique, the same colors and the same blending. try and break free a little bit- i stopped making sigs just now bc theyre all the same.

sup guys, glad to see theres still sum people goin on this stuff. i havent made much in almost a year now, besides photomanipulation projects. we used to be all over these thread from a year ago now to almost 2 years before then, lol. good times.

1. favorite of the bunch, nice colors, not too hard on the eyes, decent blending, but text needs work 7.5/10
2. not feelin it....at all. not a skill rating but a personal reference rating 2/10
3. good concept, colors need work, has nice potential. 7/10

5. looks good, good text, blending a little harsh however. 6/10
6. like the background, and text, all it needs is a bit of brush blending. 6.5/10

Alfzzz- it looks like multiple seperate sigs in one box the way the brushing curves against each other. Nice text though.

Good brushing and I kinda like the colors, but the render is whored and the text is terrible. I can't even read it.. You really need to put a 1-2 pixel stroke on the cape text. 3/10 because of the brushing, but it's really not a lot else.

EDIT: New sig I just made... Took me quite a while to figure out why it didn't look good at all at first... Turns out I had a contrast layer that was screwing eveything up.

sarcasm, brushing is nice plus u got some multicolour in your sig, blending of render is good, text is decent but i can't really see render and personal not a fan of border, overall its good 8/10

The brushing and coloring is nice, but stop doing pop-outs! I haven't yet seen a pop-out that just blew me away. They're just stupid, in my opinion, and useless. You can't use a pop-out as a sig.

Wow. You guys are giving away ratings that are waaay too high, I'm sorry.

Pyro: Text is bad, looks just like black text with a glow backing... Which it is. Purple is totally the wrong color, and the background has far too many black splotches. 4/10

Sarevok: You've improved, but you're still not yet good. Text is bad, don't put it on the render, put a stroke on it, and don't do gradients. Pure gradients for text is bad and pretty lazy in my opinion. Background is really pixelated and too edgy, bad coloring and just almost non-existant brushing. 3/10

FrogMan: Brushing is good, but the text just ruins it. You need to get some better texts, preferrably grungy-looking ones and never have pixel text bigger than 12. I always use either Unborn edition or Visitor 1 on 10. As said already, just plain text with a gradient doesn't cut it. It NEVER fits in... Ever. Go to pixel2life.com and look at a text tutorial.

well cold someone give the damn sig a rating now, also pyro it looks like your sig has to much contrast on it and the renders is not blended well enough

thats awaful deadly that brick effect is funny though, go get some tutorials
and epiq not border not that great brushing, tech part is good, 5/10 current much better
