i like barret there if you can find a better render or dubble it and gussian the top one and set ti to overlay, othere than that not bad better tan current if you do what i said above. i say now the render one is a 5/10 and without is a 6/10

lod, not a fan of the brushing or the render, also the bg is really pixely, trying mirging it plat and duping it than setting one to overlay only a 5/10, but your hitman one is hard gj on it, and as far as the no text goes almost all of mine are like that, a pic says 1000 words!

Text is bad, brushing is too "pixely".. Render isn't blended at all, and there's a huge black spot in the BG. 3/10 because it's multicolored, I guess.. Look at some tutorials at pixel2life.com or goodtutorials.com... You shouldn't ever have to figure things out on your own when it comes to Photoshop.
