I dont know entirely. But in my knowledge, it's a process built within the latest d2 patch that scans all running processes on your machine. Basically checking for any hacks that you may be using..

i was using c3po and it unloaded earlier today when i came back on tonight my accts are all fine and everything but i tried my c3po since im not that rich anyways and it works again i would say use at own risk buti thought id post to let you know
