I'm back, but now I must re purchase DII and DII exp. How are the new editors and hacks? Were any classes upgraded/nerfed? It's been about 2 years, and my laptop can only play 2d games confused:

no hacks, warden(blizzard's new anti-hack system) has pretty much eliminated them. classes are all pretty much the same, but theres a few new things like uber diablo and uber tristram. check out the 1.11 section on the d2sector.net page to read all about uber tristram and how to get there

Well by hacks, I mean off line hacks. Never did it for online because I found that unfair and cheap. Offline, I just like it to screw around. I'll take a look at it. Has the game changed a lot since 1.9?

the game is basically the same, other than the extra "quest" things you can do with the ubers...but those are extra/optional so dont worry about them too much unless you want to

As for an editor Hero's Editor is the way to go: http://www.blizzsector.co/bots-editors/2...-96-a.html (this one will work for 1.11 too i believe; havn't personally tested it myself but you know its clean cause Luke posted it).

Also know that the extra quest that Blood is talking about is only available on B.net, so don't try to make a char and play it offline to try and do this quest. Once you start playing on B.net again I can try to help ya out in whatever way I can; anyways I'll cya around the forums, and enjoy!

Thanks for the welcome back. Gotta pick up a copy soon. Get paied on Monday but I won't have a PC until next Saturday X( Parents going on vacation for a week, and taking the laptop with them.

theres a offline mod where you can do the ubers i believe just incase your interested in trying that out
