i would say it was c3po,c3po allows you to see equipped items only, and all you have to do is set it to a button such as up,o,i, etc.

stings plugins also can see items, i ran into a moron usin it

Most maphacks seem to have a feature of this sort, just not many people are moronic enough to inject the plugin that activates it.
