ok i found this off diablo. it adds 4to lightning sentry and 1all other skills, would this do more dmg thgan just 3trap skills. i'm not sure because of synergy dmg from regular trap claws hopefully would get 2sockets off socket quest and i was hoping to maybe put in either x2 sheals for ias because ias affects making trap speed. or 2 15ias all res jewels. or maybe throw a 15% less req, ias/res jewel to make it a little less str/des req if its too high i dunno. should i socket and if so what should i add. i'm looking to tradfe this so if you could tell me the trade value East nl i'd appriecate it a lot. thx

max addable sockets to a rare item: 1
that claw is good, but bonus skills to synergies will not increase its synergetic effect. So in other words, that claw is a +4 LS claw, with 10ias, and +1 fade, Must have some value, i dont play east so i cant really tell
plus its a suwayyah so 99dex required is a bit much

no i mean like when you add skills to synergys and it increases dmg of ls. well i was wondering if just 4ls 1synergyhs was better than 3all. and i could add 15ias/-15requirements jewel.

yes it is better because +skills dont add to synergies. +3 trap will add less damage than that +1 all +3 lightning sentry claw.

i sold it. got 1soj. dunno if it was worth more but w/e i didn't socket and add stuff sold it straight up for soj. hope it doesnt poof like my last soj

how do you figure that? 3 traps means 3 LS vs all skills = 1 LS
im just guessing here but i think 3 to a skill is more dmg then 1 to a skill.

You can get 2 sox on rare items.

Because you wont get a synergie bonus from +skills, you only get synegies from hard points. If you attack using lightning sentry you will get a higher damage with lightning sentry with that claw than a plain +3 all traps. All you will get from a plus + 3 all traps is an extra 3 levels to lightning sentry, you wont get the 3 synergy bonuses on top of it.

a good trap claw is a 3 to ls and 3 to trap and then you make it socked from larzuk quest and then you put a 5% lightning skill damage up rainbow facet in it.

thats not a good trap claw thats a godly trap claw. i've never seen sins even use those.

I don't think that it's actually possible to get +6 to a certain skill on a trap claw, but I may be incorrect. And lightning facets do not affect traps damage, because traps are considered as minions (hence you need IAS instead of FCR). It actually shows in your character screen that you do more damage, but it's a bug.

You can get +6 lightning sentry claws, cant quite remember the name but i think its a magic claw called Cunning claw of lightning sentry.

My friend has a +6LS claw. I'll try and get him to post a pic of it here. Obviously, you want to check the blue/magic claws if you are looking for this kind of thing as that is the only way to get this claw (+3 trap skilz AND +3LS).
About sockets on rares.... I've never gotten two sockets from Laz even though max sockets may be 3-4 on the item I socket. Is it just dumb luck to get two? Any trick to it?
