Curious as to who on here has recently (1-3 years) had tonsilitis... my tonsils are extremely swollen right now... not much space left in the back of my throat... cant really swallow food without mixing it up with a bit of water first... or ill choke... but it looks like it has gashes in em... kinda like if u were to cut little slits into your skin... and idk wtf this is... im guessing i have tonsilitis? going to the doctor tomorrow... so idk... it really sucks.... its gonna be sweet if they take em out...
well what do u guys think? and they have doubled in size since about 16 hours ago... from normal... to like 2x their size... mabey even a tad bigger...

Wow, you should get a doctor immediatley. Also, I recommend Gerber Apple Sauce if you can't swallow meat and stuff.

i know have some really bad chills... and i have even more bumps at the back of my throat... bits of dead tongue skin and dead pieces of gum keeps coming up... about the size of the head of a standard small nail. (like a nail u hit witha hammer...... and i gotta really bad headache... this really sucks... i just hope i dont choke on my inflamed tonsils...

Go to a doctor now, they tonsil will be lodged in your throat and you will die a horrible death.

lol... hospital is empty... besides the emergency room... but i know where i gotta stick a knife if my throat clogs... i just cant spell the term...

i just looked up tonsilitis and nowhere on it does it mention pieces of skin and gum flaking off or knifelike slits. you could have a severe case

yeah i get it every year . you go to the doctor. they give you ampacylin or tetracyclene and your all good in like a week. that is unless you have strep or mono. mononucleosis will get you quarantined for like 3 weeks. anyways. its not that bad. do not break the blisters. they will break on their own. if you get the infection in your blood stream or if anyone else gets it then you could get a flesh eating bacteria in yours or thier syster. tonsils are made to take this . the rest of your body isnt. main thing is listen to everyone on here and go to the damn doctor.

i hope i get to keep my tonsils as a soveigner...*spelt wrong haha* i got to do that when this lady ripped my ingrown toenail out....... watched it on both big toes for the second time in a 2 years.... it cracks me up...devilish: wacky:
