Actually not many of them smoke pot but they do like to drink...I've discovered if you make friends with them and offer them a couple of beers they do better work for you.

Work for free? Not in a million years...my dad is friends with the guy who runs the gardening service we use, invites him over for beers and such all the time, and we don't even get a discount.
