i looked at all these guides and they all have godly gear. i am noob sort of. i need the cheapest smitter possible for ubbers. i also need a price beside every wepon ( in runes). dont worry about skills or stats i got those from other guides.

Helm: Crown of Ages (Depends on DR, OS and RES...goes from ist to 10 hr++)
Armor: Forti (About 4 ists if low, can go up to 5 hr++ if 30 RES + 1,5 / Level)
Weapon: Grief (Depends on IAS and +DMG...can go from 4 ists to 10 hr++)
Shield: Zaka or Exile eth vortex shield with 45 RES (Low zaka is about ist, eth perf is about 10 hr, 1xxx def exile with 45 RES goes for about 10 hr too)
Gloves: Dracs (Pul)
Boots: Gores (Pul)
Rings: Raven and BK (Raven depends on +AR and +DEX, since you don't need AR as a smiter and also no DEX if you're going to fight ubers since max block is useless for ubers you can use a cheap one for pul, BK depends on how much LL it has got, goes from about mal-2 ist, use a 3% LL BK for mal)
Ammy: I'd use highlords for IAS and +skil and light res (Pul)
Charms: PC skiller (Depends on how much life, goes from mal to 80 ists++, but you are also fine with 12 FHR Charms which are worth about Lem)
You see that perfect smiter cost alot of money.

Helm: Guillaume's (Charsi food)
Weapon: Heaven's Light +3skills 2sox (~mal) (sox with 2 shael)
Armor: Anything, a good example would be Treachery (Charsi food)
Shield: Zaka upped umed (most expensive part of the build)
Gloves: Draculs (Charsi food)
Boots: Gores (Lem)
Rings: 2xRaven, or Raven and Dwarf (pgems)
Ammy: Highlord or Seraph, or any random rare with pala and stats (cheap cheap cheap)
NN charms, but some GCs with extra light resi would be nice.

Charsi food = cheap shit.
Charsi food is stuff that you would not pick up, because you cannot be bothered to trade it, so you sell it to Charsi (the Blacksmith NPC in act1).

I use it with my Smiter, no problem. It has some really useful stats, such as +3 skills, 2 open sockets, 33% Crushing Blow, etc.

nyways uber smiters are usually pros since when said nub/poor, i except rare shit/charsi food for ur quips
everything that ubers r usually uber themselves

if ur makin a smiter and ur cheap, dont bother they are awfully expensive and if u are that poor even wid the items posted that are cheap it'll be awfully time consuming and even if u try fighting ubers u wil get pwnt. its not that easy.

1-2 minutes usually, and I got similar gear on my Smiter.

i can aford allitlemore expensiver than this..... i am lookin toi spend about 10 hr to start and then build him better. wat belt should i use?

Stay along the lines of what FraterPerdurabo said.... Setup works for both of us
Helm: Guillaume's - lem (you can socket with ber or um later)
Weapon: Grief Phase blade - 1-3 hrs
Armor: Fortitude in any elite armor - 1 - 3 hrs
Shield: Zaka (preferably upped & umed) ~2-8hrs
Gloves: Draculs - pul
Boots: Gores - lem - pul (depend on ED)
Belt: Dungo - lem - um
Rings: 2xRaven, or Raven and Dwarf - raven <pul and prolly get dwarf for free
Ammy: Highlord or Seraph, or any random rare with pala and stats (cheap cheap cheap) 1 hr
6-15hrs depending on the stats. This is the exact setup I was using (only my zaka wasn't upped or socketed) You will slaughter ubers piece of cake. Eventually get yourself the exile shield... it helps. (I finally got one myself, its a good resist kurast shield, but is not even eth)

If you have an extra HR, definately make CTA, it helps SOOO much.
