well i'm not sure, but i haven't seen a serious bowzon since around 1.08/1.09 in pvp games.

Bowazons are only good in pvp but they are mostly used in team duels. Bowa+hammer is a good combo increasing bowas damage due to concentration while hammers protect her from melee attacks. Smite+bowa is also good allowing the bow to use windforce and reach the max ias. Windforce does much more damage than any faith but is slower that's why smiters fana is needed.
There is another combo where you have a bowa and a offencive aura auradin using might+conc+fana all at the same time that way you get rediculous damage but i think those palas are banned in gm duels.

If you want to make a Bowzon for solo PvP, it can be done, but you need EXTREMELY godly gear, and by that, I don't mean shit like perfect Faith, I mean an inv full of 3/20/20s, Jeweler's Archon Plate of the Whale, etc.

any build(you know what i mean) can dominate with godly gear. yeah i haven't seen one in a while. they made it so slow missle doesn't work on players anymore right?

bowzons are good in pvp.. atleast some of them because you can stand about 3 screens away and kill someone with guides+multi you can slow missle a caster and kill them fast you have a high chance to dodge and evade attacks.. its a pretty good char unless you got someone with like 16k def max block and desynches.. but yeah any char can dominate the game they just need really good items

Bowazons are godly. I think what Frater was trying to say was that the cost margin between shit and godly is probably one of the biggest in the game. In other words, it's a much harder to make a godly bowazon from a shitty one than it is to--say--make a godly hammerdin from a shitty one.
I remember back in my D2 days, bowazons probably gave me the most trouble in duels (as an foher); I could rape summon necros, tele tornado druids, and anything else. It's those damn jeweler's plates of blah blah blah that gave me a tough challenge.

Bow assassins are better thees days.
The venom skill that assassins have is just amazing if you are rich.

Bowazons suck...really... They got no max block so every melee char will own them. I think the only char they got a little chance against are sorcs except es sorcs
