You should make another thread about this, but default I beleave is print Screen button. Not sure though cuz I moved mine to F keys.

Back to subject: Starcraft haha, that bubble in question is showed on screen. Science vessel I think is correct too.

Okay.. there are 3 buttons ner your F keys.. Print SCrn-SysReq Scroll Lock Pause-Break

DUring a game.. hit the PRINT SCRN - SysReq button.. and the SS's are saved in your Diablo 2 folder.

i see those every now and then when im using a mh, but never seen them without it on, same on sc to whoever said that, so i would assume to do with lag, at least for me

Im almost really certain ive seen that on starcraft before... But i probably havent.

I got a good laugh out of that, but on topic here... i'm not really sure, it could be lag but iono about that.
