Of course that'd be nice! Have you noticed how since this thread has been open the main people involved (DJ988 and Gaz_321 in particular) have got a hell of a lot more helpfull.

We REALLY need a dedicated Mod for the Hacks & Dupes forum. I just took a look through, and ended up banning someone, and killing off about ten links to different dodgy programs and outwar links.

before adding anymore mods you need to get the mods you have now to do their job..

examples:

2. all the stickied threads in the char guide section are locked??

3.alot of threads are out of place and too many threads that have gone off topic and turned into spam...too many that i'm not going to list

just a couple things i see right off,but there is alot more that can be improved

Instead of ban, I like to say burninated. You can actually apply that term to many situations. I can't wait till this is all over. Then we can move on and this thread will be Deleted.

Muderman, with two Moderators and an Administrator it's hard to keep up with the number of posts. There have been 13 in the last hour, and thats before the Americans even get going. You shouldn't expect the Mods to jump on everything instantly.

The character developments posted by the mod's I think are locked because if not they just get bogged down in replies, and before you know it it's turned to spam.

Threads are out of place because people don't know where to put the damned things. Not because mod's aren't doing a good enough job, people are just getting dumber. This is something I've been trying to sort out. As for that trading sticky, I have absolutely no idea, it has nothing to do with me! lol.

thats a mods job is to keep things in order,i know mods can't be on all the time but there are things that have been out of place for a while when i see mods posting on other topics before taking care of things they are suppose to

by locking the char guides is just asking for more work when someone has a wuestion they have to make a new thread instead of posting it in 1 thread

then make a sticky or annoucement telling people to post in the correct section or some rules or else its going to continue

I won't argue with you here, however I know it is a mess. But give the new mod's a chance to get their bearings before you tell them how to do their job. Nubli was the only mod before me who actually took an active stance, and I've only been involved for a few days.

People posting in the wrong forums will always happen. You can post rule after rule, but I know I never read them when I came here, as I'm sure most people didn't. You can't ban people for it, because you'd take out half the population, all you can do is warn, and move it. Once there are more than two of us, both in different timezones I might add, it'll be better. Give us time to clean it up, then you can make your comments.

i'm not aruging....well seeing how i know how to do the job i'm simply stated some things that should be done 1st and foremost before anything....Nubli has been here for a while and has not cleaned it up at all(no disrespect Nubli),all i'm saying is before mods take part in any discussions they should clean the place up a bit at least,or admins could do it...

it will happen but you can cut down on how much it happens, exspect criticism don't take it personally take it as a challenge to improve and prove the person wrong
