Is 1.10 ever coming???

Well...the first time I heard about this patch was somewhere around a year ago when bliz released its newsletter...I think its called "The Blizzard Insider" but don't hold me to that...anyways, in that newsletter there was mention of a 1.10 patch and it said something like this...

[b]we are hoping to release this patch by the time the next newsletter is released, but since it does not have regular issues yet that could be anytime.  Third quarter of 2004 anyone??[/b]

Again the quote is rough because I can't remember exactly what it said but the third quarter of 2004 was in there...I know that another issue of the newsletter has been released, but I'm starting to think it wasn't a joke about when 1.10 will be released.
