Pleas Help Cold Sorc

hey i'm starting diablo II again after not playin in forever and i decided i'm going to start again with a blizzard sorc. does anyone have like a detailed guide on how i can make the best blizzard sorc? (including stat distribution, skill distribution, and equipment) thank you very much. i'm going to download it here in the next few days so any help would be much appreciated!!!!... thank you!!
