.96 Hero Editor and Set Items

I didn't see either of these questions answered in other forum posts, if they were I missed them, sorry.

Is there a good way to make set items with the hero editor? I know I can make them green and give them the name, but do i have to manually add the attributes myself?

If there is a pack of unique/set items (preferably all of them, or at least the good stuff) that I can download that would be fine as well.

Diablo II Sector > Set Items

Try taking a look through the download section in the "Items" category; the above file is one called "Set Items" but I havn't checked if it's the right one. I believe there is some place in Hero's Editor to Import an item pack. Good luck.
