Oh goodies! A Google war! Quick everyone open a new tab to your favorite search engine and start posting up links and quotes from the sites regarding mary-jane use.

This is just one big merry go round of pointlessness. There will always be those who oppose drug use and those that at the least give them a go and find out for themselves.

>Nice. There is 400 known chemicals in MJ so much that a single joint contains four times as much cancer-causing tar as a filtered cigarette and all you pin point is THC. What about the other 400 cancer-causing tar? I'm sure those chemicals are all made up by the FDA. This reason alone is enough to make this drug illegal. Not to mention all the other facts.

all of these "400 cancer-causing" tars are produced when cannabis is smoked. vaporized or eaten these "cancer-causing" tars never see your lungs. **** is grown, dried, cured, and sold. can you say the same for tobacco? i think we both know the answer to this. why would I pinpoint THC in a debate on MJ when cancer is mentioned?

the bottom line is our government has been lying to us about drugs for a good while and unfortunately people refuse to move beyond the propaganda.

Right. I And I also do not condone cigarettes. I say the same about cigarettes. MJ contains four times as much cancer-causing tar as a filtered cigarette. So I guess cigarettes are 400 times less damaging in that sense. However, that just makes MJ 400 times more damaging cancer-causing tar wise than cigarettes and we all know cigarettes aren't very healthy.

I'm not entirely sure why the government would propagandize MJ.

Thats right. I see those guys all the time. Extremely not interested in getting myself into that group. I'm interested in my next SAT, my Senior Project, my college application, and my volunteer work. I don't want to be prejudice, but many of the group of smokers don't really have very high grades. Or maybe grades don't matter these days and you can become rich and successful in your life with only a high school diploma.

Even if my friends do smoke. I will not give in to peer pressure to smoke. If everybody is smoking and I'm not and I don't belong. I guess we won't be friends anymore. I am 17 going on 18 next month. I hope I'm not too young.

you're just seeing the negative side of cannabis, the lazy stoners who'd rather smoke a blunt instead of do their homework. you aren't seeing the mom and dad who smoke a joint after their kids go to bed, or the cancer patient who smokes a bowl just to eat. you don't hear about the people up in British Columbia who got diagnosed with terminal cancer, went on an only ha-sh oil medicine routine, and got medically cleared and released. you don't hear about the people with anxiety so gripping they can't leave their house, and cannabis provides the only relief. i don't think you know about the bipolar guy that probably lives next to you that only finds solstace in getting high every now and then.

maybe you've heard about all these people but maybe you just don't care. i'm not asking you to go smoke ****, at all. i'm asking you, genuinely, to look into the positive and medicinal aspects to cannabis usage and re-formulate your opinion on the matter. frankly, you're under educated on the matter and only know about the negatives. educate yourself on the positives and at least consider supporting the cause. a nation full of people smoking medicinal *** is far better than a nation zombified on xanax and prozac

Heath Ledger was one of these people. He quit smoking **** because he didn't want to go to prison and he needed to be there for his daughter. So he started taking sleeping pills to help him sleep at night...I'm sure you guys know the ending.

i think heath had a lot going for him, but if he could have openly blazed he probably would have been in a much better mind frame i agree. i've never heard the he quit blazing for jail though, i don't know his story. it's ridiculous people choose not to use a medicine that works because of laws formulated on lies.

He quit because he didn't want to risk jail after his daughter was born.

Before my Grandma died the doctors gave her Morphine to ease her pain. I don't think I argued with my doctor about her using drugs. I already know the medical effects of MJ and other drugs such as Morphine. Unfortunately, I don't believe that the majority of users such as my colleagues in high school are using it for that purpose. I have not said anything about taking these medical use MJ away from patients, so I don't know why you would make it sound like I support taking MJ away from cancer patients who can't eat from a bowl.

Of course if somebody is to endure life threatening pain unless he uses MJ to help it, then by all means use it. Great personal attacks.

But I'm sure you have such disorders besides the extremely deadly disorder stress.

i believe in everyone's personal choice to consume whatever chemicals they want as long as they do it in a manner that doesn't affect other people. i don't think any drug usage needs to be justified, ever. it's a personal choice.

Personal preference that is illegal if not prescribed and is harmful to your body.

In the cases you have described, drugs are justified in cases such as for medical usage. Besides that, it is an extremely harmful way to have fun, or whatever reason you want to take it.

Don't bring e-tuffness into this. I'd say it to your face in IRL, just as I typed it earlier.

And I hope that comment about super seriousness was meant sarcastically... Because I honestly don't give a **** about junkies.

I'm xDBD, what I do with my body is my own business. If it doesn't affect you then why do you care? It has nothing to do with you, it has to do with me and my choices that affect my body.
