I am running windows Vista and run it in Admin mode. Still giving me the application error

sry I know nothing about vista. Skidude prolly knows he seems to be a genius at with this program. Also I cannot figure out how to set my bot to run in publicmode. I have tried editing multiple skripts and seem to always get one error or another so i just stopped and reset back to script i know works. I have just spent over an hour reading over 16 pages of questions and replys maybe i missed it. Although I did find ways to solve other problems I was having lol. So can someone give me step by step instructions on how to set bot to run in publicmode??? And why am I not finding any high runes? I have ran countess and meph over a hundred times today and not one high rune was stored. Maybe none dropped but surely i would get a couple. Is it something to do with my normal///normal itemconfig skript??? SKIDUDE pls help me lol.[COLOR="Silver"]

use the d2nt 3,1 version ,it doesn't work with 3,0 , go to page 1 of this guide and than follow it.

hey thx for the bot, got it working after a couple hrs messing around..

Was getting the "ReferenceError: NT_LoadConfig is not defined" error but found that i was missing a single / in front of one of the boss configs if that helps anyone else?

Anyway my Barb seems to be having trouble opening doors and isn't attacking things properly.
Here is my attack config if it helps.

i've got mine working fairly decent i suppose...running a blizzard sorc and let it sit overnight with my run setup i did 78 runs and 37 chickens. because it goes suicidal and sits right next to things when its casting. is there any way to fix this? i have it set to use static, but isnt there like a min casting range on blizzard/glacier spike?

You just need to have good gear for yourself/merc but yes the sorc script kinda sucks ( try not using static it should help stay back a hair) it might or might not help u

ah man i tried redownloading it and set it up the way it should be , still get same problem..

When u redownloaded the bot what did u change? Did u only set up the char config?
Do u have issues with fail to join games without botting? What is your ping ingame? go in game and type /fps to see fps and ping

What i just tried now is:
download again. Unpack. Only goto the paladin.ntl file, either delete NTL or add "_AkaoH" to the file. --> Still the same error, but as with my previous tries. Everytime "_AkaoH" or ".NTL" is in the file when D2 load it start by saying -> "Loaded default config" ... but at same time or right after (the char dont move) --> the stupid not defined error...

the only settings i messed with was the skills.

I also tried added the manager to trusted list at FW and virus program. and even disable both... still same result.

I even tried to make another char with simple name only small letters. Still the same problems.. so i think either it must be smth with the script... the file: "....D2NT31_NTBot42\D2NT\scripts\NTBot\NTBotGame.ntj" .. or then it must be smth with the computer / internet? cuz as u say im not the only one getting this error we are as many as the ppl the bot works for... so it makes no sence...

You can run multi diablo windows without any 3rd party programs, Just need 2 cdkey sets,2 copies of diablo 2 installed (2 user accounts on pc) Search utube and u can find tons of videos on how to do this

Open ur char config file and scroll down till u see NTConfig_PublicMode = false; set that to true
good luck getting hi runes from count she can only drop like vex as highest rune and that's rare for her. But she does drop crap loads of pul/um/mal/ists for me
Normal pickit should pick up runes Io to zod if they drop, Make sure there is no // infront of the runes u want the bot to keep.

OK so I have deleted the script in my NTDiablo folder and replaced it with a star tp script, but now it wants to try to reclear the chaos santuary after killing baal before it moves to a different boss. Thanks for tellin me how to get in public mode btw. Is there a place I can get the default Diablo file again. I kinda forgot to make a backup copy of it. If not no worrys it moves to the new boss after running the seals and gets back to center of star whee diablos corpse lays in waste.

Did u delete everything out of NTDiablo before adding the new script?
also check your char config file and make sure u don't have 2 NTConfig_Script.push("NTDiablo.ntj"); on there for some reason

Replaced my current default ntbotgame with the one u linked me - even tho they should be the same as thats the one i downloaded i got. It gets me a new error:

"....\NTBot\NTBotGame.ntj (1) : ReferenceError: v is not defined" so whats this about now :O

I do know a lil thing about comps So i copyed from the coded text @ Submit a correction or amendment below :=) Thats why i dont get whats wrong, i even tried with different types of names @ the paladin ntl, if it was refering to i didnt had the right name. So i tried, Correct name, with no name, with correct and no name with "NTL-string". Same error.

But what updates were u refering to earlyer?

Hehe i can understand that :/ Its frustrating for me too.. :O And yes i have auto update on, and i just checked them again, all those main updates is done. So i cant figure why either :/ Must be a computer / internet problem im sure of, since the scripts it self should be the sames. So the offer different can be the internet (with routers etc) and the computer. At least thats how i see it... so i just got smth on my computer or the comp it self or my internet that do i cant use this :&/!!!! ****shit

No I didnt change my baal script at all. When I got the error i went and redownloaded the default script and put it in there and it still did it.

skiidude when i redownloaded the bot i only set it up the way it should be no changing in files. I have no problem without the bot to go on , and my fps and ping can be different
fps =60 and ping 20 and like fps 70 and ping 240 and fps 61 and ping 140 it changes all the time.

I compared the file u gave me (NTBotGame and the one from the downloaded file and i find 3 differencenes:

1. line 1 and 2 is swapped.
2. "NTC_LogCurScript(NTConfig_Script[CurScriptIndex]);" is added after this "SetStatusText("Running " + NTConfig_Script[CurScriptIndex]);" (line 46/47)
3. "NTC_LogCurScript(NTConfig_Script[CurScriptIndex]);" is added after this "SetStatusText("Running " + NTConfig_Script[CurScriptIndex]);" (line 116/117)

Else i cant find anything thats different. So i dont know what to do now... i just really wanna get rid of these errors so i can try have a bot

Yes, i deleted everything first, i run in private games most time so no big deal only a problem when running public. But I also got you godly magic rare pick it you posted and deleted the normal//magic rare pick it and replaced with yours, but I noticed after running the bot for a while it was only stashing certian blue items such as a superior wire fleece with 11% ed and assasin wepons with 8% ed and 3 max damage. But none have any open sockets. These items would make gg wepons and armor if sockets were available to make runewords such as nigma coh or such but without the open sockets pretty much they are vendor trash. how to i stop it from keeping these kind of items? here is my pickit, should look just like the one u posted.
