Sorry, but nope.

I allow you to look at the hex values for the entire file (as it was when you loaded the file). But, the V1.10 character Stats and items are values that change size. So, you can't just replace hex values -- you would need to add or remove bits and bytes also. So, I just do this automatically with Hero Editor.

BTW, you CAN do binary editing of the items. However, if you really want to play with binary and hex editing of your character file, I would recommend the UdieToo editor instead.
