seriously. no hi lvls are ever in pub games. occasionally ull see one but most ppl jsut lvl w/ their friends in priv games.

yeah but u usually dont screw ppl over in hc bcuz if ur in a game w/ 3 or 4 firends and one hostiles u, then ur whole party is hostiled towards him.
