Etenol in my opinion has the best setup, the 3x ohm'd eth reaver, adn 2x ber'd CoA... best for sure
 and non eth stone can go alot higher than 1.8k, i have a 2.8k non eth one, it's 4soc superior sacred w/15% ed nat and i got a 288% stone, so it = 303% , on 700 nat def armor but hey, i quit d2, so i don't really HAVE it persay... yeah.. anyways... had...
