Did this post for the points? lol...I have done everything I want with the points..i got my custom user name and glowing username already...Im set on that. Anyway..I just couldnt find a good one...and i need to copy this dvd b4 i give it back to my friend.

if u have a dvd burner, u can just burn a copy of it...
try googiling "RIP DVD"

Don't have one..thats the problem.

basicly.
also, i hope you have a whole lot of free space. the raw data for the dvd takes up a couple hundred megs of data.

ahh im so confused now...ok rip means that you use a prog to basically hack a cd-r / burner drive into reading dvd format and copying that then?

no it just means a program that lets you copy the movie onto ur harddrive

Yea copy from a dvd drive to my hd. I got about 25 gigs free so im good default.

I like laptops beter than desktops. I got a desktop sony right now...16 gig C and 40 gig D drives work nicely for all my games/music/programs/movies lol.

i have a 6 gig c and a 14 gig d on my sony vaio....the thing is like 5 years old and its gonna die any day now...

vaio is the one i have now. Mine is less than 2 tho..so its a teenager as far as comps go.
